Some messages are refused directly in connection because sender did not matches SMTP rules.
With Artica, you can display refused events.
Messages can be refused if :
- SMTP Hostnames are not resolvables.
- SMTP sender domain name did not exists.
- IP of SMTP sender is blacklisted.
On the dashboard, click on “refused” link.
- A table is displayed and shows you SMTP sender that are directly refused in SMTP connection.
